Exchange Policy – The Soka

At The Soka, we care about your satisfaction and believe every order should bring a sense of relief and ownership. All products are thoroughly checked for quality, color, and other parameters before shipping. Therefore, we follow an exchange-only policy. Products purchased from us are not eligible for return and can only be exchanged.

The Soka products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery if the item received is different from what was ordered (e.g., color, size, damaged, torn, etc.).

Requirements for Exchange

  • Products must be unused
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase may be required by the pickup agent

Steps to Initiate an Exchange Request

  • Go to the "My Orders" page
  • Select your order
  • Upload an image if the item is incorrect or damaged
  • Pack the product securely for pickup by the courier agent

Exchange Shipping

  • If the exchange is due to a defect, wrong item, or our error, The Soka will bear the shipping cost
  • For exchanges requested without a valid reason, the buyer will bear the shipping cost (may be charged separately)

Exchange Process

  • The exchange will be processed after the product is received and inspected
  • You will be notified about approval or rejection
  • If approved, the exchange will be completed within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the exchange is due to our error

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of size issues, damaged or torn products, or incorrect items received.
