Return Policy – The Soka

At The Soka, we care about your feelings and consumer satisfaction. We feel that order must bring a sense of relief and ownership.

The Soka Products can be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery, if the item you received is different from the item you ordered, e.g, Color, Size, damaged, torn, etc.

Requirements for the Return:

·       The Products must be unused

·       The Products must be in their original packaging.

·       All tags and accessories with the product must be intact.

·       You may be asked to produce proof of purchase by the pickup agent.

Steps to initiate the Return Request:

·       Go to my orders page.

·       Click on your order.

·       Upload the image if the item is different from what you ordered.

·       Pack the product safely, and it will be picked up by the courier agent.

Return Shipping

·       If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or our error, The Soka will bear the return shipping cost.

·       For returns without any reason, the buyer will bear the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refund Process

 

·       The Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·       If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

·       The refund will be made using the original payment method

·       Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

You can exchange the product with a new one only if you are facing size issues, received torn or damaged items, a different color, etc.
