We here at The Soka are keen to deliver your dresses that you can flaunt with style on time.

·       Once you place your order with us, "The Soka", www.thesoka.com, (A Product of TPOINT REALITY PVT. LTD.) our team processes the order within 1-2 business days.

·       If the order is placed on public holidays or Sundays, then the order will be processed and shipped on the very next business day.

·       Delivery timings may vary depending on the location, natural calamities, or local courier services.

Shipping Charges

·       The standard shipping charges are free for most orders above ₹499

·       For orders below the free shipping limit or express shipping, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

·       Additional charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned before you confirm the order.

 

Shipping Restrictions

·       Currently, we deliver only in India

·       We do not offer international shipping.

·       Delivery is available to most residential and business addresses, but some remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional charges.

 

Order Tracking

·       After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

·       You can track your order through the tracking number or the shipping ID on the courier company’s website, or go to the My Orders section on our page.

Failed Delivery & Address Issues

·       Please ensure that you enter or provide the accurate delivery address and contact information.

·       A second delivery attempt may be made if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability.

·       If repeated failed attempts are made, it may result in the return of the package to us, and additional charges may apply for reshipping.

Delays

·       Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, logistical disruptions).

·       In such cases, we will notify you of the estimated new delivery date.
